General Manager Role at CycleBar
We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our state-of-the-art studio in Little Rock. Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our enthusiasm for fitness and delivering exceptional experiences.
The successful General Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue within the studio, meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals. They will accomplish this by pre-planning strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals.
Under the guidance of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, our General Manager will exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. They will build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, creating a strong ambassadorship and retaining members.
The role requires:
- 2 years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
- Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Recognition of areas of improvement and ability to make changes using good judgment.
- Affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.

- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
Duties include:
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
- Membership sales.
- Managing staff schedules.
- Supervising CBX Teams.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Studio.
- Scheduling and participating in networking/community events and studio promotions.
- Strategically managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
- Acquiring new members and retaining existing members.
- Converting non-membership based users to membership base.
- Conducting pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach for securing first-time rider/lead flow.
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Embracing hospitality and driving the CycleBar Culture.
- Coaching, training, and educating the CBX team on Hospitality and Sales Conversion tactics.
- Working with the Studio Owner on setting Monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting goals.
- Driving Referral business through ambassadorship.
