CycleBar Castro Valley - CycleBar Experience (CBX) Associate
Position Overview: Our CycleBar Experience (CBX) Associate delivers the CycleBar experience and drives sales daily. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-of-the-line service to all new and existing riders.
- Execute the sales and hospitality process for first-time riders, including follow-up and closing sales.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owners.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club.
- Continuously develop and refine selling skills.
- Uphold and promote CycleBar brand standards and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Genuine hospitality and a passion for people.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets for memberships and retail.
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system (training provided).
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule, including some holidays, early mornings, and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance.
- Willingness to clean the CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
