We are seeking an experienced Mass Grading General Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale site development projects. This role is responsible for directing multiple crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of mass grading operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all mass grading operations across multiple job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor site supervisors and field crews.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to optimize workflow.
- Monitor site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct safety meetings.
- Review and interpret grading plans, survey data, and specifications.
- Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve project challenges in real time.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
