Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for sales and technical positions across various levels (entry-level to senior leadership) within the cybersecurity services industry
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates, leveraging diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, industry-specific platforms, and networking events
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates, ensuring they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the role and organization
- Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, business needs, and team dynamics to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities
- Market Research: Stay up to date with trends and talent insights within the cybersecurity and tech industries, using this knowledge to adjust sourcing strategies and approaches
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sourcing activities, including candidate engagement, pipeline progress, and other key performance indicators
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, providing clear communication and maintaining a professional and engaging relationship with candidates
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for both sales and technical positions within a cybersecurity services company or similar technology-focused environment
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including common roles, technologies, certifications, and key industry trends. Ability to effectively assess candidates for both technical and non-technical roles
- Sales & Technical Hiring Expertise: In-depth experience sourcing for a range of positions, including cybersecurity sales roles (e.g., account managers, sales engineers) and technical positions (e.g., security engineers, penetration testers, incident response specialists)
- Sourcing Tools & Techniques: Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and creative techniques to find and engage candidates
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, partnering with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
- Contract Duration: 6-months with a potential for extension.
