What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Technician position at Cydkam Center, LLC?
Job Summary
We are subcontracted from the federal government as a re entry center. Inmates who are in the federal system and are at the end of their sentence (mostly for drugs) are sent to us to assist them in finding a job, life skills, transportation, housing, drug and alcohol counseling, mental health counseling, case management and anything they may require to release into society as a success and NOT a repeat offender. Because we are trying to reintegrate the clients into society, they are allowed to leave the center for job seeking, personal hygiene needs, and various other programming tasks. They work their way to getting to go home on weekends and eventually home confinement.
The operation technician is left with the task of keeping the client accountable while in the community.
