We’re looking for a high-energy, process-oriented BDR Team Lead to manage and scale our growing Business Development team. In this player-coach role, you’ll split your time between leading a team of BDRs, refining outreach strategies, and driving pipeline through your own outbound efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build repeatable systems that fuel growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build repeatable systems that fuel growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of BDRs, setting daily/weekly goals and ensuring pipeline targets are hit.
- Be a player-coach: actively engage in outbound prospecting while modeling best practices.
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop BDRs to improve performance and career progression.
- Own and optimize top-of-funnel processes including lead qualification, sequencing, and CRM hygiene.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead handoff, campaign targeting, and messaging.
- Work with Sales to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles, territory coverage, and pipeline quality.
- Track and report on team KPIs, using data to make informed decisions and performance improvements.
- Develop scripts, email cadences, and outreach templates tailored to security personas (CISOs, IT leaders, etc.).
- Stay current on industry trends in data security and competitor landscape to enable meaningful conversations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, with at least 1 year of experience in a team lead or senior-level capacity.
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals through outbound efforts.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or IT security experience is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of modern prospecting tools and methods (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Passion for coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
