THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help our marketing and strategy team optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing marketing and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving projects to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and strategy projects, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to coordinate project activities and dependencies.
- Timeline Oversight : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and resolving any issues that may delay deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines, progress, and potential risks.
- Resource Management : Identify resource needs and manage allocation to support successful project execution.
- Process Improvement : Analyze and refine project workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for future initiatives.
- Risk Management : Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential road
