About the Role
Qualifications and Skills for Area Executive Director of Operations - Post Acute Care :
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare preferred
- Minimum of five years of operations management in a post-acute setting (Home Health, Hospice, Infusion or LTAC). Prior experience setting strategy and management of all clinical, financial, regulatory and business development teams.
- Experience managing multiple agencies and at least 40 million in revenue
- Developing and Expanding Revenue Performance
