Your Role
You will be working in the Pre-Process Inspection Area, performing various inspection and testing duties to ensure that shipped products meet all customer specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Document all inspection results and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Initiate nonconformance reports as necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolve any issues that may impact quality or delivery.
Requirements:
Experience with measuring devices (Faro Arm, CMM, calipers) preferred. Good reading and math skills required. Familiarity with standard office equipment and software including personal computers, word processing, and spreadsheets. Knowledge of and/or ability to learn and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
