Responsible with working with senior engineers to document technical documentation for distribution to internal customers.
Experience with technical writing in the cloud or telecommunications industry preferred.
1.) To be responsible for documentation for training and products.
2.) To be responsible for enabling quality documentation.
3.) To ensure accuracy of documentation through thorough perusal and validation.
4.) To prepare user manual / help documentation assigned within the given time.
