Job Description
- Identify material gaps / risks to annual MRO induction goals.
- Collaborate and prioritize with technical resources while creating and monitor material gap closure plan.
- Pull key stakeholders together to develop, discuss and document mitigations. Deliver weekly mitigation plans for part shortages.
- Prepare part on page reports, participate and host IPMT and Critical Part review meetings.
Experience/Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills are a must for executive interactions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
- Proficient in SAP transaction codes.
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and
- Understanding of jet engine component/configuration
- Understanding of how a jet engine works.
- Understanding of the jet engine overhaul process.
- P&W aftermarket or specific material management / supply chain related experience is a plus.
- Resourceful problem solver (No two problems will be the alike)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred
Travel Requirements
- < 10%
Shift
- 1st shift work hours.
- Core Hours 9AM-3PM, can work anywhere within that time frame.
