We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles.

Duties
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them become self-organized
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Experience in software development projects
- Proficiency in tools like TFS and Excel for project tracking
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT governance, and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies such as Kanban and Waterfall
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
