Job Description Summary
The Digital & Technology Leader will support the go-to-market efforts of Heavy Asset operations solutions while working closely with sales and delivery teams. The role will be client-facing, helping drive GTM discussions along with the Sales teams. The role will focus on the clients in the Energy & Utility industry. The main focus of this role will be to sell Data Asset-related solutions.
An expert who can bring his knowledge in digital ecosystem strategy to execution: data products, digital thread through the asset life cycle with equipment, systems, and people, and ecosystem connected by real-time data insights to derive operational excellence and superior asset productivity.
Knowledge of Asset Life Cycle Management, Asset Reliability, and Asset MDM is a must. Preferably having worked in Heavy Industries like Energy and, Utilities sector. Work experience in the Energy Industry & aftermarket asset maintenance will be an added advantage.
Someone with hands-on working experience in projects on strategic utilization of data, technology, and best practices to achieve optimal performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in asset operations.
Experience: 15 years of experience as a technology leader, having performed roles in Consulting, Solutions Pre-sales, Customer-facing engagements, Industry expert working and living in the USA.
Job Description
· The DTG Lead would also contribute to leveraging the Cyient value proposition to drive incremental proposals in the sector and have significant business development and market understanding.
· Will take an Order Intake target for growth in Digital Data Asset Operations across Key sectors
· Work very closely (possibly co-located) and work closely with Sales & Account Management to identify/create, qualify, and drive to closure, opportunities in Energy, Utilities, and other sectors
· Shape and solution software engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts as relevant.
· Develop compelling value propositions with key stakeholders (CTO/ Engineering/ Product Digital Org.);
· Client relationship management and networking with Client´s R&D peers: Forging strong relationships
· Build trusted advisor relationships and influential partnerships with clients´ R&D peer architects/SMEs/specialists based on a strong foundation of business and technology expertise, and leverage them to gather insights concerning, eg, ongoing/upcoming project initiatives/WoW/technical approaches/directions at the customer end
· Collaborate closely with solutioning teams, delivery, account sales team, other horizontals, as needed to build customized solutions for end clients
· Teaming: Collaborate to bring forth best of Cyient
· Expertise and knowledge management: Staying ahead of the curve
· Track industry product and technology trends and developments
· Track competitors’ product & technology developments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
