The key responsibilities are to :
Responsible for Analyzing, designing and Maintaining end to end Technical solutions based on customer specification and business need.Responsible for short and longterm profitable business for Util customers by being part of or working closely with the Core teams to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.In a Customer Support Role, Solution Architect take responsibilities for Support sales and Solution Support for CustomersWith the help of team, SA will be working to provide solutions to problems that have been reported by customers according to established processes and contracted Service Level Agreements.Expected to be expert in his / her domain to deliver contracted support services of CSR handling, Problem Management, Pre-emptive Support & other development areas.Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering from an accredited institutionOverall exp of 12 in Software development / solutioning & architecting.5 years of design, developing, implementation and translating business case to solution requirements & architecture documentation or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures solving critical problems in Energy companies (Oil and Gas, Power, or Utilities)5 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in application development or infrastructure.5 years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)3 years of technical sales experience with contemporary software technologies such as Cloud / SaaS, AI / ML, edge computing solutions, analytics software packages and cybersecurityExperience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clientsA demonstrated passion for developing solutions and applying them to drive business value.Strong written and verbal communications skills in both technical and strategic engagements with senior leaders.Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
