About the Role:
CyLogic is looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technical projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale projects from planning through execution, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate business requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring technical feasibility, and facilitating effective communication between teams.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving any roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Apply methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as appropriate to ensure project efficiency and adaptability.
- Manage project progress using project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana), communicate updates, and maintain transparency.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to internal stakeholders, including project status, potential risks, and recommended solutions.
- Evaluate project success by monitoring KPIs and conducting regular reviews with the team.
- Develop and implement process improvements, incorporating feedback to optimize future project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a technology or secure cloud services environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and cloud technology is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with proficiency in using project management software like Jira, MS Project, Asana, or others.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in Project Management, is preferred.
