CYM Living is searching for a talented, ambitious, self-directed candidate with strong maintenance and problem solving skills. A successful candidate will be motivated and excited to work at a fast-growing company with room for growth. Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to:
Qualifications:
● Must have your own basic tools.
● Access to a reliable automobile, and valid driver’s license with insurance.
● Honest and able to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
● Hard working and flexible on hours if necessary.
● Computer literacy is a plus.
Other Skills:
● HVAC/Boiler Systems: Furnace and AC installation and troubleshooting; boiler installation and troubleshooting (both steam and water).
● Type II EPA Certification
● Framing and drywall installation
● Knowledge of 220V
