You will be responsible for providing janitorial services to assigned buildings, adhering to established specifications and standards, closing out work orders in a timely manner, and providing pest control services. You will also be required to track time accurately using a time keeping system, lift materials up and down stairs as needed, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris.
