o What is the scope & background of the project this person will be supporting?.... a SNOW BA primarily translates the business demands and needs into technical requirements and use them as input for SNOW development. The BA also analyzes SNOW workflows and processes to create plans and roadmaps for process improvements. The BA ensures that new SNOW solutions and feature function changes support the established business requirements. The BA will also participate in general user testing and validation of solutions and ensure they meet the business requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow Service Catalog
- End User Testing
- ITIL Certification
- Critical Thinking and problem solving, task oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently.
- Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Kanban methodologies
- Ability to create clear and effective visual diagrams using tools like Visio or draw.io
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an IT or technology-related field
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices
- Publishing experience (e.g., articles, blogs, or whitepapers)
