Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Interact with business stakeholders to understand the requirements related to accounts receivable processes.

Analyze the business processes and map them to Oracle Cloud Receivables functionality.

Solution Design & Configuration:

Design and configure Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) solutions in line with the business needs.

Set up receivables, customer invoicing, cash application, collections, revenue recognition, and credit management within Oracle Cloud.

Configure various settings for Receivables, including transaction types, payment terms, aging buckets, and dunning strategies.

Implementation Support:

Provide expertise during the implementation of Oracle Cloud Receivables to ensure best practices and efficient processes.

Support the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live, including post-implementation support.

Testing:

Develop and execute test cases to ensure the proper functioning of the configured solutions.

Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing.

Training & Documentation:

Provide end-user training on Oracle Receivables functionalities.

Create user manuals, training materials, and process documentation to ensure users are well-equipped to operate the system effectively.

Issue Resolution & Support:

Address and resolve functional issues within the Receivables module during the implementation phase and post-go-live.

Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
