We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, on-brand messaging that drives engagement, strengthens our voice, and elevates our campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of storytelling, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor junior copywriters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, persuasive, and impactful copy for digital, print, and social campaigns, including ads, emails, landing pages, product descriptions, blogs, and more.
Craft narratives that align with the brand’s tone and messaging across various touchpoints.
Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to create copy that drives measurable results.
Collaborate with creative leads and stakeholders to develop campaign concepts and messaging frameworks.
Conduct audience research to ensure content is relevant, targeted, and effective.
Edit and refine copy for clarity, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content for improved engagement and conversion rates.
Proofread and edit copy across all channels to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice and guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
Work efficiently and effectively within tight deadlines.
Balance multiple writing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and storytelling.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
