Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will take ownership of Cymbiotika’s social media presence, with a focus on strategy development, content planning, and data-driven decision-making. This role will ensure our social media efforts support broader marketing objectives, elevate our brand, and foster meaningful connections with our community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Cymbiotika’s overall marketing goals, product launches, and brand vision.
- Define measurable goals for each platform, including growth, engagement, brand awareness, and conversion targets.
- Conduct in-depth audience analysis to identify target demographics, behaviors, and preferences, ensuring all content resonates with key audiences.
- Identify platform-specific opportunities and create tailored approaches for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and any new applications that arise.
- Plan and execute campaign-based initiatives for major launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing strategies, including paid media, influencer campaigns, and email marketing.
- Research algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and create trends and series within the company that will position Cymbiotika as a leader in wellness in the social media space.
- Use the brand story to create impactful content that represents the brands longevity & growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities to differentiate Cymbiotika’s social media strategy.
- Build and manage an annual content roadmap to ensure proactive planning and alignment with key business objectives.
- Manage a monthly budget alongside the Influencer Manager to create evergreen content that is on brand for Cymbiotika’s social channels.
