Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage guest flow during events to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Facilitate activities and programs as needed, including public speaking engagements or presentations.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills in conflict management to effectively address guest concerns or disputes.
- Background in events management or theater is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with attendees.
- Experience in guest services or food service roles will be beneficial for this position.
- Strong public speaking skills are advantageous for facilitating activities or presentations during events.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desirable.
