Cath Lab Technician

Job Title: Cath Lab Technician (Travel) - 10hr Day Shifts
Location: Rochester, New York, 14617

Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions (Extensions are always there)

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during catheterization lab procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced radiographic imaging equipment in a sterile environment.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patients during procedures, identifying and addressing any complications promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures, equipment usage, and patient data.
• Ensure the catheterization lab complies with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, being available for emergency cases as needed (8-10 shifts per month).

Requirements:

• Licenses/Certifications:
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification (Required).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of Cath Lab Technician experience.

Additional Information:

• On-Call Requirements: 8-10 shifts per month.

Pay: $3,213.00 - $3,377.00 per week
