Job Overview:
Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist and Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely test results to support patient care.
About the Position:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed number of hours. The successful candidate will have previous experience in microbiology, hematology, chemistry, blood banking, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, and blood gases, and hold a current ASCP certification.
Responsibilities:
• Gather samples, conduct analysis, and deliver test results with precision
• Act as a strong generalist with the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly
• Modify schedule as needed to accommodate time-off requests
• Work in a confidential manner and be reliable with work schedule
• Lift/move up to 15 lbs. independently and weights beyond 15 lbs. with assistance
