**About the Role:**
Cynet Health is looking for a Clinical Specialist - Psychiatric Services to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric emergency services team, you will be responsible for providing crisis evaluation, treatment planning, and individual/family/group therapy in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric crisis evaluation, treatment planning, and individual/family/group therapy in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
- Conduct individual assessments, including diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, safety planning, and referrals through the service continuum as appropriate, using a brief solution-focused model.
- Collaborate effectively with other community providers and resources.
- Meet documentation standards in terms of timeliness and accuracy using the designated electronic medical record, adhering to all applicable standards.
- Work cooperatively to provide evidence-based practice and utilize standards developed in collaboration with the assigned treatment teams, including psychiatry and mid-level providers.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences in a licensable discipline under Alaska regulation.
- 1 year clinical experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days and TEAM/BERT within 90 days.
