Job Description
The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean and safe scanning facility.
- Coordinating with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging services.
- Preparing patients for scans and explaining the procedure to help them feel comfortable.
- Inserting IVs when necessary for the test.
- Documenting all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- Any valid license accepted in the state of New York.
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) certification.
- At least two years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
- GE Scanner experience.
