Job Description
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team and other community providers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the program. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive psycho-social assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering therapy and community-based support to adults with serious mental illness
- Collaborating with clients, family members, agency staff, and community partners to facilitate optimal care
- Assisting with orientation training and co-facilitating team meetings
- Providing crisis intervention, on-call crisis coverage, and clinical consultation as needed
A chauffeur's license and ability to drive safely are required for this role. Travel reimbursement is available when using a personal vehicle, based on IRS standards.
