Cynet Health is seeking an experienced NICU Respiratory Therapist to join our team on night shifts.
Job Description
As a NICU Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality critical care to infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Your duties will include:
- Performing and documenting patient evaluations and assessments
- Providing diagnostic and therapeutic treatment, as well as education to patients and families
- Identifying significant changes in patient conditions and documenting appropriately
- Communicating pertinent information to caregivers and physicians
You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, processing patient charges, and transporting infants to/from referral health systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. You must also be able to obtain registry from the National Board for Respiratory Care within 12 months.
