Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, document evaluations, and provide diagnostic and therapeutic treatment.
• Identify significant changes in patient conditions and document accordingly.
• Provide physician assistance, patient education, and family support as needed.
• Communicate pertinent information to relevant caregivers.
• Complete documentation, including order entry, electronic medical records, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• New graduates must obtain registry from the National Board for Respiratory Care within 12 months.
