Job Title: Night Shift CT Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift CT Technician to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Dual Modality Imaging Professional, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and associated equipment, performing procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
- Operate CT scanners and associated equipment such as IV contrast injectors, oxygen and suction equipment, patient transport, and monitoring equipment.
- Examine requests and verify orders on each assigned patient. Refer questions to the Radiologist if needed.
- Use two patient identifiers to properly identify and assist patients while offering a brief explanation of the procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures with a full explanation and document relevant details on appropriate worksheets.
- Interview patients to collect a complete medical history and review electronic medical records to obtain pertinent clinical history.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in both CT and Diagnostic Radiology
- ARRT (CT/R) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency in operating CT scanners and associated equipment
