Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics Therapist

Job Duration:
13 weeks, working night shifts 3x12-Hour (7pm - 7am), weekdays, some weekends and holidays.
Shift Schedule:
We require flexibility with our rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants with at least 1 year experience in ventilator care and some pediatric experience.
License:
You must have a valid WV license or be eligible for a compact license. Pending licenses are acceptable.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) via the American Heart Association.
Requirements:
- Travel experience is highly desirable.
- You must provide flu vaccine documentation; medical exemptions accepted with a doctor's note.
- Location requirements: You must be located more than 75 miles from our facility; candidates between 75 to 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Please provide two professional references within the past two years with your application.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) and handling ventilators. You will work closely with pediatric patients and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care.
Orientation:
All new hires will complete a comprehensive orientation program lasting 16 hours. This includes modules that vary by specialty. These modules are non-billable and must be completed prior to your start date. We also require a full compliance file to be submitted by noon the Monday prior to your start date. Incomplete documentation may result in a 2-week delay in your start date.
