Job Description:
The selected candidate will work a rotating 10-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts are 12 hours long, but the candidate is expected to work no more than one weekend shift per month. The facility operates on a smoke/nicotine-free campus requirement, and staff may need to float between different facilities based on staffing needs. Additionally, adherence to the flu vaccine policy is mandatory, with medical/religious exemptions allowed. All return staff must have a one-year gap before reapplying.
During weekdays, the shift times rotate as follows: 7:00-17:30, 8:30-17:00, and 10:00-20:30. On weekends, the shift time is 07:00-19:30. To ensure a smooth transition, completion of 16 hours of non-billable orientation is required for all new hires.
