At Cynet Health, we're seeking a skilled Sterile Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sterile processing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sterility in medical instruments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sterile processing and hold certifications such as CRCST or CSPD. You will be responsible for utilizing washers and autoclaves, tracking and reporting with SynergyTrak, and adhering to department protocols for equipment use.
You will work closely with perioperative staff to identify instrument needs, assist in ordering and stocking inventory levels, and maintain a contaminant-free work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
