- Must-Have:** Pre or post-op experience; IR experience, including experience with emergent stroke cases, would be helpful.
- Float between Bryan Campus and CS Campus.
- 4 cath labs available, primarily running 3 rooms simultaneously.
- Handle approximately 15 cases per day, with usually 5-7 cases minimum.
- Perform EP cases, including ICDs, Pacemakers, and Ablations (A-Flutter, SVT, A-Fib).
- Peripheral and neuro cases are performed. No specials/IR as those procedures are handled in a separate area.
- RN's are responsible for circulating and monitoring cases.
- Use GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System.
- Staff are cross-trained to monitor cases.
- RCIS and RT techs scrub cases.
- Work 8-hour shifts from 0630 to 1500 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Approximately 10-11 days of call per month, including 1 weekend.
- Engage in cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and traumatic embolization patient care.
- Bryan offers a college town atmosphere.
- Cancellation policy allows for the hospital to cancel up to 3 times per contract. Each cancellation could be a full shift or any part of a shift, with the potential for the hospital to pay full hours in lieu of cancellation.
