- Provide 50% coverage during holidays and weekends as part of the contract
- Floating is mandatory across all units; expected to float as a Patient Observer (PTOB) Sitter
- Fulfill various floating roles depending on unit needs, such as ICU to PCU or MS, Postpartum to MS, etc.
- Complete non-billable modules during orientation and annually, varying by specialty
- Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours
