- Certifications:** Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider according to the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Must-Have:** Professional experience in CVICU and required certifications and licenses as stated.
- Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
- Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with any applicable legal or policy parameters or principles.
