Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off one shift per two weeks

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required; previous charge experience required

License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS

Must-Have: Epic Experience, Trauma Level I & II preferred

Job Description

• Work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios as part of a team-focused environment.
• Required to work every other weekend; no on-call requirement.
• May be required to float between similar units or facilities as needed.
• Adhere to hospital-style requirements: scrub color options include Navy Blue, Black, or White.
• Ensure access to a South Carolina RN License prior to the start date.
• Comply with flu vaccine requirements; exemptions accepted only for medical or religious reasons.
• Complete 16 hours of non-billable orientation before starting full responsibilities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including completing required modules pre-start.
• Be prepared to participate in emergency response teams, particularly during hurricane season.
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius may be accepted but are prioritized lower than non-local candidates; acceptance at local rate and approval can vary.
