Must-Have: Epic experience required. Previous travel experience preferred.

Job Description

• Work weekdays and some weekends, with rotating holidays.
• Floating required within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
• Patient age groups include Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
• Staffing ratios are 3.5 during the day, nights, and weekends.
• Nine weekend shifts per contract required.
• Provider support includes Interpretation Services, Pharmacy, Respiratory Services, and Unit Secretary.
• Complete fingerprinting as soon as the contract is signed.
• RTO must be built into the contract.
• Locals are accepted at the same rate.
• Reference requirements include two professional references with at least one from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for the second reference. No coworker references accepted.
• Former employees are eligible to return after being away for six months or more.
• Current employees are ineligible for travel assignments at any Ohio State facility.
• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
