Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse

Job Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7 pm - 7 am, Every other weekend, Every other holiday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Three to five years of Emergency Department experience preferred

License: Current RN License required

Certifications

• AHA BLS required
• ACLS to be obtained within 60 days of hire
• AHA PALS required within six months of hire
• TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred
  
  

Must-Have: Minimum Associate's degree in Nursing required

Job Description

• Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently
• Exert greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Frequently reach, handle, and feel to perceive attributes such as size, shape, temperature, or texture
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, and distinguish colors
• Work collaboratively to provide care in a 50-149 bed emergency room environment
• Utilize EMR system for patient documentation and care
• Provide holiday coverage as required
