- Patient ratio is typically 1:4, covering a general population but not trauma cases
- Self-scheduling with every other weekend required
- No auto interviews; all offers must be accepted without an interview if auto offer is applied
- No room for block schedule or schedule restrictions
- Required to go in for labs within 72 hours of contract signing
- Return Travelers must be away for at least 6 months before reapplying
- Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler
- Orientation includes 24 hours of non-billable time
