- Compliance with specific background requirements
- Flu vaccination status (declinations can be applied for with necessary forms)

- Ensure all facilities the traveler is open to working in are listed on the submission
- All shifts the traveler is open to accepting should be listed on the submission
- Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept
- Ensure that the traveler's resume includes all facilities, facility sizes, number of beds, trauma level, and units worked in
- Provide a skills checklist specific to the discipline, must be less than a year old
- Must include Driver's License in submission
- RTO (Requested Time Off) should be less than 7 days, not approved in the first two weeks or during holidays.
- Travel experience is preferred.
