- Must be willing to float to other facilities, not exceeding 50 miles.
- Resources may be notified to float 2 hours before their shift.
- Mandatory to comply with the facility’s floating policy.
- Orientation includes 24 non-billable hours.
- Maximum of 5 days of RTO allowed, with no more than 2 consecutive days.
- No RTO permitted on weekends, on holidays, or the day before/after a holiday.
- Vaccination proof required one week prior to start date.
- Local candidates (within 75 miles) may be accepted at a different rate.
- Team-based model support provided if floated outside primary competency.
