The role involves mandatory floating, meaning you may be required to work at different facilities, not exceeding a 50-mile radius.
Floating could include working outside your primary area of competency using a team-based model.
Block scheduling is not permitted.
The maximum request time-off (RTO) allowed is 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive days, excluding weekends, holidays, or the day prior/after holidays.
Calling out on a holiday could lead to contract cancellation.
Orientation comprises 24 non-billable hours.
Compliance with all required documentation and lab work is essential prior to the start of the assignment.
Failure to meet compliance deadlines may risk continuation of the assignment.
