- Be prepared to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages
- Manage a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions
- Assess incoming patients quickly and accurately, prioritizing injuries and medical needs
- This department can handle up to 220 patient visits per day with the possibility of 20 stroke patients per shift
- Float within the department as required, including ED Adult, Peds, and IMC settings
