- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Willingness to float to units appropriate for your skillset
- Experience in large academic setting (teaching hospital)
- EMR experience
- COVID Vaccination required prior to start date
- Fast-paced environment with high patient ratios, approximately 1:8
- Voice Advantage Interview required followed by a Nurse Manager Screening/Interview
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- No call requirement
- Need to float to areas within acuity as required
- Compliance process may take 4-6 weeks
- Required to wear scrubs in Navy Bottom and White Top or All White, with matching shoes
