- License:** Active RN license
- Certifications:** American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, conscious sedation certification (certification can be obtained through facility after confirmation)
- Must-Have:** Candidates must have relevant experience in emergency nursing and required certifications
- Work in an Emergency Department comprising of 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed ED Fast Track, and 7-bed ED Observation Unit
- Rotate regularly through different areas such as Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
- Expect daily assignments in different areas, with potential rotations during shifts depending on patient volume and unit needs
- Assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed
- Positions available for Mid-Shift and Night Shift with a possibility of covering day shifts as required
- Schedule typically includes 7 days on, followed by 7 days off, with variable weekly hours (36 hours one week and 48 hours the next)
- Expected to float to other departments if qualified, which could include taking a patient load or task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones
- Required to work during holidays
- Orientation provided on Mondays, missing compliance deadlines may result in rescheduling
