Must-Have
- At least 1 completed previous travel assignment
- Cerner experience preferred
- Flu Vaccine (Required - No Exemptions)
- Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- First-time travelers are accepted if they have 3 years of recent experience
- On-call and weekends required as needed
- Not open to accommodating block schedules; however, weekend blocks may be considered
- Pending licenses are not accepted; all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
- All requested time off must be included during submission; facility will not honor requests made afterward
- During end-of-year holidays, travelers must be willing to work 2 out of 3 if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s fall during the assignment. If only 2 holidays fall during the assignment, traveler must work at least 1.
- No calls from recruiters, credentialing specialists, or accounting are accepted
- Former permanent and internal associate travelers must be separated for one year before being eligible to return
- RNs may float between similar units and campuses within 20 miles, though this will be rare
- ADN is acceptable for all positions except a few specific roles
- Best contact time and certification renewal plans must be clearly listed on the profile
- Local travelers must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
- Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours
