• IV skills and wound care
• Experience with high-risk diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, stroke

Job Description

• Deliver skilled home health care including cardiopulmonary assessment and basic wound care
• Perform ABI compression dressing and wound vac dressing
• Provide care for Pleurx/Asept drain and change and manage Foley catheter
• Remove staples/sutures and use a glucometer
• Manage SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, and IV skills
• Specialty care involving PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, and SQ port access/deaccess
• Conduct skilled home care visits for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial insurance
• Schedule between 6-8 home visits per day, with varied day/shift hours to meet home care needs
• Use laptop, MiFi for internet access, portable printers, scheduling systems, and timesheet documentation system
• Must have a valid driver's license and car for home visits
• Must be COVID vaccinated or provide a medical/religious exemption form
• Must have a flu shot or declination, with mandatory mask-wearing at work if declined
• Complete 20 hours of orientation and non-billable training modules pre-start and annually
