- Applicants must reside beyond a 75-mile straight line radius (not driving distance) from the facility.
- Candidates should not self-contact the facility directly.
- Time off requests need to be disclosed during initial submission.
- Travel nurses are required to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of their primary assignment.
- Work schedule includes one 8-hour on-call shift every 6 weeks; rotating weekends and holidays are also a possibility.
- The role includes approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.
- Orientation is scheduled for the first week of the contract, not exceeding 40 hours, inclusive of EPIC training.
- Holidays during the assignment timeframe will require coverage, and requests for holiday time off will not be approved.
