- Must pass a medication and math competency test with a 90% grade to assume medication administration responsibilities.
- Work in a mixed ICU unit with patients primarily being medical, along with neuro surgery and CV surgery patients.
- Manage patient care utilizing CRRT, ventilators, and hemodynamics equipment.
- Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management.
- Possess float experience in Med Surg and Stepdown units.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 2/3:1 within a 38-bed facility.
- Engage in weekend shifts every other weekend.
- Demonstrate team-oriented behavior and maintain a professional attire compliant with dress code; scrub color is black with no hoodies allowed.
- Preferred skills include CCRN/SCRN and experience in open heart recovery and CRRT.
